About Us

As a little girl growing up, I always remember spending time in my
Grandmother's kitchen cooking and baking for our abundant family! My
favorite of all tasks was to once a year; help Grandma Julia bake "The Biscotti!"
The whole family would anxiously await their rationed amount and would
savor it for as long as they would last until the following year! As time went on
Grandma stopped baking and cooking and family moved to all parts of the
country. On the rare occasions that we would gather together, we would all
reminisce about the "biscotti" and how much we missed our annual rations.
While Grandma has never given out her secret recipe, it was never written
down, I have tried and tried to duplicate it! Grandma says," It's not quite right!"
however, I think it's all about the love that goes into each and every biscuit. For
the past several years, I have been sending my Biscotti to family members all
over the country at Christmas Time. Everyone has thanked me for bringing
back such wonderful childhood memories and raves at how wonderful they
are! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
